Introduction
Verify your users' identities with the Sekyro AI sessions API, the hosted flow and the web and mobile SDKs.
Sekyro AI (by Ibtikar Technologies) verifies people's identities: document photo and MRZ, national registry lookup, liveness, face match and phone codes. Your server creates a verification session, the person completes it in the hosted flow or inside your app, and your server reads the verdict.

Environments
| Setting | Staging sandbox | Production |

| API base | https://api-staging.sekyro.ai | https://api.sekyro.ai |

| Secret API keys | sk_test_… | sk_live_… |
| Data | Test data only | Real people |
Every example in these docs runs against the staging sandbox with test data. A secret key stays on your server: never ship it to a browser or a mobile app.
Some features are available in the staging sandbox before production. Each guide marks them, and Availability lists them all.
How a verification works
Your server creates a session with POST /api/v2/sessions and your app's
secret key. The app's eKYC profile (set in the dashboard) decides which checks run.
The person completes the checks: in the hosted flow (hosted_url), in your
page with @sekyro/web / @sekyro/react, or in your mobile app.
Your server reads the verdict with GET /api/v2/sessions/:id or a signed
webhook. Browser and app events are hints only.
